The Council greatly values your input. This survey will help us assess our activities and make sure we are responsive to current issues and needs. Your feedback will also be used in reports to policymakers and the Administration on Developmental Disabilities, the federal agency that provides our funding.
Please respond even if you are only familiar with one Council-supported activity or publication or if your contact is limited to one staff person. Surveys are short and easy to complete!
There are two versions of our survey; one is for people with disabilities, families, direct support professionals and anyone who provides direct hands-on support. The other is for stakeholders, which includes government agencies, policymakers, provider organizations, non-profits and advocacy groups. Please complete only one survey. If you fall into both categories, we encourage you to complete the survey for people, families and direct care providers.
