Directions to Walker Building (21 South Fruit Street, Concord)

and the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities

 

The Walker Building is in the State Office Park South (old NH Hospital Campus) at the corner of South Fruit and Pleasant Street about a mile west of downtown Concord  The Council is on the second floor (follow signs).

   

From Interstate 93 Heading North (Coming into Concord from the South)

 

Take I-93 North to Exit 14.

Turn LEFT at bottom of ramp at light onto Bridge Street (towards downtown Concord).

Go under I-93 and turn LEFT at lights on to Main Street (Holiday Inn is on your right.).

Proceed past the Capitol Building to the next traffic light.

Turn RIGHT at light on to Pleasant Street.

Proceed through three traffic lights over hill.

At fourth light turn LEFT on to South Fruit Street.

The Walker Building is the first building on your left, and enter circular drive in front.

Enter main entrance in center with white columns.

  

Note:  You can also come in from I-89 by taking the I-89 exit heading north (see below)

 

From Interstate 93 Heading South (Coming into Concord from the North)

 

Take I-93 South to Exit 14.

Turn RIGHT onto Bridge Street.

Turn LEFT on to Main Street (Holiday Inn is on your right.).

Proceed past the Capitol Building to the next traffic light.

Turn RIGHT at light on to Pleasant Street.

Proceed through three traffic lights over hill.

From Interstate 89 Heading North (Coming in from the South)

 

Travel I-89 north to Exit 2.

Turn Right off exit on to Clinton Street.

Proceed to traffic light.

Turn Left at light on to South Fruit Street.

The Walker Building is the third building on the right with circular drive (4th right)

Enter main entrance in center with white columns from circular drive.

 

From Interstate 89 Heading South (Coming from the North)

  

Travel I-89 south to Exit 2.

Turn RIGHT off exit on to Clinton Street.

Proceed to traffic light.

Turn LEFT at light on to South Fruit Street.
